I reached out to Marcus and the guys at ANPKays in regards to a property purchase which at the time had been under offer, a week or 2 later Marcus contacted me to let me know the offer fell through, after a bit of back and forth we came to an agreement on price. What really stood out is the patience displayed while I reorganised a minor setback with my finance which needed a few extensions on settlement, a lot of agents would keep pressuring you but Marcus made the whole transaction smooth, giving me piece of mind.
